Returns

We want you to love your Orles basket bag until the end of time but we understand when things aren't right. We want you to be happy. Our returns are super easy, here's the fine print.

We offer credit notes for change of mind returns that are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date and returned to Orles within 14 days. We do not offer refunds unless an item is deemed faulty. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed and you will receive an email with details of your credit note. Please read our returns policy carefully as they are accepted upon your purchase here at Orles. 

Returns Policy
  • To process a return please contact us at bonjour@orlesthelabel.com and include your name, order number and reason for return
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date
  • Returned items must be received in the exact same condition as they were shipped. This includes Orles branded box, exterior shipping carton, internal packaging, dust bag and information cards
  • Items must be returned with no marks, scuffs or product damage of any kind. The item also must be unworn
  • The shipping cost incurred by the customer for returning item/s are not covered or reimbursed by Orles. Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law for any return you will be responsible for shipping charges.
  • We do not offer returns on sale items, only on full priced items
  • Please use a trace and track shipping source to post any items back to us, we cannot be held accountable for missing parcels and/or tracking
  • If your exchange meets our conditions, you will be issued with a credit note for the value of your returned item so you may place a new order online
  • Our credit notes are valid for one year
  • Orles has the right to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition or meet the above criteria

Faulty Items
  • If you have received a faulty item please email us at bonjour@orlesthelabel.com with supporting imagery. All items will be assessed upon return and deemed faulty by Orles. Faulty items do not include items that have been worn
  • You have 7 days from delivery date to advise that your item is faulty, we cannot be held responsible for any wear and tear that occurs once you begin to use your bag. Orles basket bags are delicate items, they are not everyday bags and need to be treated with care
  • Orles wicker is a natural fiber and all our basket bags are 100% handwoven. This means that your basket bag may have slight imperfections in colour and finish. This is the organic nature of our product and we cannot return based on natural imperfections
  • Please use a trace and track shipping source to post any items back to us, we cannot be held accountable for missing parcels and/or tracking
  • Returned items must be received in the exact same condition as they were shipped. This includes Orles branded box, exterior shipping carton, internal packaging, dust bag and information cards
  • Quality is at the core of the Orles design process. We carry out thorough quality control checks at every stage of our design and construction process, therefore the chance of a faulty basket bag being provided to you is unlikely
